‘What if I want a mix of recorded and live music?’ I hear you ask, well, our PA’s all have the capability to handle 16 channels of audio, We both run a PA company known as DAR Audio so the answer is definitely “you can have both”.
Northern Girl: Midlands Boy (NGMB) began working in radio together at the Sony gold winning Bradford Community Broadcasting in 2002 presenting a weekly live gig guide to Bradford and the surrounding area as well as outside broadcasts from festivals such as the Mela. Our next show was on Chester’s Flipside radio. We were then one of the first shows on Cirlcl8 radio, and we remain one of the most popular shows on the network.
‘What do we get if we actually book you for an event?’
You get two experienced presenter’s who know when to talk between records and when to let music do the talking.
You get to choose the music for the event- in fact we can go with flow on the night- Using modern technology, requests can be sent directly to our onstage screens. If we have access to the internet we can play just about anything.
You can incorporate live music into your evening from a band to a singer with backing tracks
It is YOUR party
You get a state of the art speaker system- the music will be loud and clear
You get a lighting rig that excites the ceiling, the floor and the air as our LEDs and lasers bring the music to life in real time
You get public liability insurance.
‘How much is it going to cost me?’
We are running a half price offer up until the 1st December 2024. You get all of the above for just £200.00 (Terms and conditions apply)
The normal price for the hire of the speakers alone starts at £200.00
Paying two people for 6 hours (Remember we have to pack and unpack the gear before and after the event) at the minimum wage of £11.44 is another £137.28
The full lighting rig is normally £100.00
So you get £437.28 worth of service at better than half price.

The party venue must be level access
This offer is only available weekday evenings
The location has to be a maximum of 30 minutes drive from Chester/ Ellesmere Port
The event must be finished by midnight
£20 deposit secures your booking- fully refundable up to one month before the booking.
The balance to be paid on the night by cash or bank transfer.
